2. How long does it take to get permits?

Most businesses get their license and health approval within 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly paperwork is submitted.

All packages include access to shared commercial equipment, prep tables, and storage options. Cold storage is included starting at the 40-hour/month package, or it can be added separately.

4. How does scheduling work?

You book your hours online in advance. Packages give you a set number of monthly hours, and you can choose the times that fit your production schedule. Our calendar is open two months at a time, so you can plan and book up to two months ahead.

5. Can I store ingredients and products at the kitchen?

Yes. We offer dry, fridge, and freezer storage. The amount included depends on your package.
